In news that’s sure to excite teens and parents from the Hamptons to Beverly Hills, and wealthy suburbs from coast-to-coast, Mercedes-Benz has announced that it will offer a Teen Driving Academy program starting in late 2011. A similar program in the UK proved effective in nearly doubling the first-time license pass rate from 43 percent to 79 percent.
