We are looking for people who want to be more than just a driving instructor who focuses on getting young people through the test. We are looking for instructor-coaches - people with a passion to teach driving in an innovative, progressive way.
Overall Deliverables:- Deliver behind-the-wheel training according to Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy's integrated approach.
- Provide structured feedback to students and parents.
- Represent MBDA at related events such as school presentations, conferences, and other partnership opportunities. Build relationships with potential stakeholders to increase visibility for MBDA.
Requirements & Conditions:
- Requires valid driver's license
- Requires basic computer skills such as excel, word and candidate must be reasonably comfortable with technology (iPad, smart phone)
- Must be willing to work evenings/weekends/holidays as scheduled
This job position also requires the applicants to have the following Licenses / Certifications:
- DMV-certified driving instructor (State of California) preferred
- Min. 1 year experience in driving instruction field preferred
- Full driving privileges, clean LiveScan/DoJ record
